With this piece, I pay tribute to my future ideal therapist, inspired by my past experiences with numerous therapists who proved to be an ill-suited match for me. Sadly, many individuals, when faced with this dilemma, abandon therapy altogether. However, I firmly believe that finding a compatible therapist who fosters a sense of trust and allows us to be ourselves is a formidable task. As such, I embarked on a creative endeavor to bring my ideal therapist to life, visualizing their attire and persona. In keeping with my penchant for humor, I wanted to convey a light-hearted and amusing message in the final image. Hence, I decided on the comical portrayal of the therapist, engaging in self-therapy, resulting in a depiction that both entertains and evokes a sense of familiarity.
